Real connection with patients
Most patients only receive approximately 10 minutes of time with their doctor at their appointments. This surely is not enough! In addition to our 20 minutes of monthly check-in calls, we provide additional touchpoints over SMS so patients can always contact their care partners. Just to keep it real!
A healthy work-life balance
We know who we serve and our patients are certainly happier when talking to our care partners. We will do our best to keep it that way.
Work from home is not common for MAs, but we believe it 100%!
Remote care is letting us reach every patient across the US, so we do not see a reason to keep our care partners in our own offices.
