1. Medsien uses SMS notifocations for the following cases:

  • Direct messages from care partners
  • Upcoming appointment with care partner (create, change, cancel)
  • RPM device shipment and delivery
  • RPM critical readings
  • Mobile app access (2-factor authentication)
  • New secure message received in app

2. You can choose to stop receiving text notifications from us at any time by simply replying with the word “STOP”. Once we receive your message, we’ll send you an SMS to confirm that you’ve been opted out of that type of messages. If you want to opt-in again, please get in touch with your care partner or mention during your monthly appointment, and they will assist you to opt back in.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@medsien.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
