Employee Candidate Explicit Consent Statement

Through the information text provided to me by Medsien Inc., acting as a joint data controller, I have been informed in a clear and understandable manner about the categories of personal data to be processed, the specific personal data that will be processed, the purposes of processing, the recipients of the data, the collection methods, and legal bases, the identity of the data controller, and the rights I have. I have read the relevant information text.

I understand that the personal data belonging to me, which the joint data controllers hold, is subject to the regulations stipulated by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in Turkey and other relevant legislation.

I acknowledge and declare that I have read and understood the Employee Candidate Information Notice, which informs me of my rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

I am also aware that if I change my mind regarding giving consent, I have the right to withdraw my explicit consent granted under Law No. 6698.

I give my explicit consent for the following matters:

  • For the purpose of carrying out information technology processes, securely storing data, and obtaining software support services, I consent to the transfer of my personal data to infrastructure and IT systems, cloud service providers, and suppliers located abroad.
  • In order to comply with globally determined quality standards, ensure corporate communication between group companies, conduct team management processes, carry out strategic planning activities, and ensure business continuity, I consent to the sharing of my personal data with our group companies located abroad.
  • If stated in my CV, I consent to the processing of my photograph and information about association and foundation memberships for the purpose of storing them in my personnel file.
  • I consent to the storage of my identity, contact, employment, and education information, as well as visual and audio recording data, so that my resume can be evaluated and I can be contacted in case of a suitable future position.
